Amanda has her master’s in clinical social work from the University of Central Florida and is an LCSW supervisee. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and completing and is EMDR trained. Amanda works in the areas of specialization of the treatment of eating disorders and depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma.

Amanda’s professional affiliations include The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), American Psychological Association for Graduate Students (APAGS), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA).

As her career progresses, Amanda hopes to earn her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) title and become a well-rounded eating disorder therapist specializing in EMDR and DBT therapy.
 
Born and raised in South Florida, Amanda has a true calling for creativity. Filmmaking, editing, and screenwriting have all been her principal passions in life since childhood. In addition to these skills, Amanda is also a graphic artist, web designer, make-up artist, and vocalist.
